Bookings are made for a 3 hour time slot (This includes time on the obstacles & your party) A R500 deposit is required to secure your booking. Please forward your proof of payment to Info@treetopadventuressa.co.za with YOUR NAME as the reference.
3 Hour time slots are allocated for each booking and starts at the designated time slot. Please respect the parties after yours.
If more people arrive for your event, please inform the management. We may not have availability of equipment, but we will try accommodate you if possible. Please understand that there are other bookings that also need to be honoured.
Once the participants have been harnessed, a guide will take them for a training session and demonstration on how to use the equipment. We have guides on all of the courses to assist participants, however a specific guide will not be designated to your party or child.
No refunds will be granted for the deposit, if the booking is cancelled less than 5 days prior to the event.
We are an outdoor venue, no refunds will be given for bad weather, and events terminated due to lightning may be re-scheduled at the discretion of management.
Tables (wooden picnic benches) can be reserved. You may bring your own picnic blankets, tables and chairs.
If available, seating areas maybe be reserved at R200 per hour after your 3 hour time slot. (Please note this is just for the use of the tables and not the use of equipment)
Closed shoes (Takkies or Trainers) and comfortable clothing is recommended.
We are an outdoor venue and do contend with nature and all its creatures (ie:Bees) so please bring covers for your food & drinks.
Cash and Credit cards facilities are available.
Operating hours are 8am – 5pm
Each party is as important as the next and we try to accommodate all the parties/events.
